Isn't it a cruelty to cut a dobermann's tail and crop its ears?

A lot of dobermans i have seen hasn't gotten tail and their ears look weird as well.Later i realized that they are purposefully cut to make them look attractive!! The original ears of doberman are really cute,according to me.Their tail also looks good.But they cut it off and make it ugly and say that it is to improve the appearance of the dog!I can't believe that even people from countries who madly love dogs do this cruelty to the dogs. Also, the dogs look weird with no tail and ugly ears.

Yes it is cruel, even though it serves purpose but they are born that way, let them be normal as it is. Doberman's looks cute with floppy ears, they can still be tough dogs with floppy ears no need to cut their tails and crop their ears.

It is very cruel, the owners who do this should be charged, why is that humans do things to animals as if they don't have feelings, do unto to othere even animals....I hate these sort of people.
