Last week I had just gone to my uncle’s son’s 5th birthday. There had been only family members, after the cake was cut within minutes the cake has been vanished. Luckily I got one small piece. It was so tasty that those present where much interested to know how they made it and where it was got from. I too inquired about it with uncle through phone after the party was over. But the way it is to made was bit difficult. Whenever I remember that taste my month waters.

Well, over the yrs. I have had the pleasure to try many different types of cakes. I know that there are chocolate, german chocolate, white, cream filled, yellow cakes, etc. and most of them are very good. A lot of times though, it can depend on who makes them. And then there is the Ice Cream cakes. I would never consider trying to make one of these myself. We usually go and get one if needed from somewhere like Dairy Queen usually if one's requested instead.

The first time I ate an ice cream cake it was for a surprise party for a co-worker.
Men, it is really tasty but we sure ate it fast because it started to melt already.
You are right it is indeed mouth-watering but the price of the cake is mind boggling as well!

Wow ice cream cake? I haven't tasted one yet, but have heard of that . Makes my mouth water and crave to eat one now.
I will look at pastry shops if they make that kind of cake. Or would you be kind enough to ask your uncle for the recipe of that?
