Has anyone ever vacationed to Emerald Isle, NC?

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has ever gone on vacation to Emerald Isle, NC. Was it fun? Was there lots of things to do there? Me and my family are considering going there for our summer vacation but there are a lot of different beaches so I was wondering if someone had experience with Emerald Isle (http://emeraldisle.insiderinfo.us) specifically.
