When you have a gift of singing, acting, cooking, inventing, beauty or record breaking talent; you can do what comes naturally while recording it on video and upload it youtube.com. This website has so many different types of videos that brings, news, comedy, updates and how-to-do's to the world for viewing. The videos are also helpful in different ways. Talent scouts ,producer's, executives for tv shows are always looking for the next big star. I watched many bio's on star's where they were found right on youtube.com. It's cool to be able to post a video that you can create on your own using a webcame, recorder or even cell phone. It don't cost anything to register and upload your videos. Having no cost really helps with anyone talented looking to be discovered because of all who pay airfare to attend auditions, pay for professional pictures, and pay agencies to find a way for you to be discovered, money can be an issue of why some may not even persue an acting,singing and such career.

I don't use youtube much but my daughter does.She actually is a pretty good singer and I told her that if she really wants to go through with it that she should posts. Her husband is a good drummer but he can't post anything till he gets a drum set again. He actually plans to post his talent in hopes to be discovered. He's also doing it the smart way and keeping his day job until something else comes along.

You are very right about posting your talents on youtube with a video upload. So many people do this now and so many people have gotten deals through people watching You tube. Many have been discovered through others watching youtube.
For one Justin Bieber had been posting his videos on youtube for maybe 4 years and finally got noticed and finally was able to pursue his singing and dacning career that he had wanted for a long time.
There are other people out there like Esmee Denters that has sung with Justin Bieber that now has a music video out and is doing good but still needs to get out there like Justin did.
Of cours eim sure there are alot of other people on youtube as well, i have noticed some great talent on youtube and hope they all become famous like there dreams consist of one day.

Well, it is True that there are people who have loaded stuff on Youtube.com and become a Singer, etc. just because of it. I feel this is a Great way when you feel you have a talent to share to post it and then go from there. It can be a Good thing even for some type of Job interviews as well, as it can display your talents in ways for things a company might be looking for and needing as well.

There are people who get discovered on YouTube, but to be honest I think the percentage of talents on YouTube who get "discovered" is very low in comparison to how many talented people there are uploading videos. I'd still saying that fighting uphill on the usual route is a good investment for someone who really wants to make a professional career in the entertainment industry.
