liquid vitamins

There isn't any complete liquid vitamin for me. I never consume artificial vitamins in liquid or tablet forms in my daily life. I shall consume them when I am sick. Those artificial vitamins I consume must be under the subscription from a qualified doctor. Normally, I shall absorb the vitamins and other nutrition from the fresh foods I eat daily. I think this is the most healthiest way to live.
