my friends claim many paypal accounts are getting limited nowadays,do you think that is true and why it is happening everytime?

Yes it's true. as my own account have been limited. Where i have $16.21.
So it's true but paypal ask me to provide some information then they will correct it.But unfortunately i don't have that kind of document as i know that my account limited after long time.

it cna be true in alst years paypal policies become more strict in general...probably because they noticed some mistakes..

Limitation of the account started few month ago in Maldives, where for the citizen having local currency account couldn't do transaction above USD 200, but for dollar account we still can verified the account then the bank will lift up the amount, but it's doesn't work for local currency account
