My friend has problem to renew its Magic Jack annual service

So, a friend of mine get rid of his landline service from the local phone company. From million of advertisements about magic jack, he choose this cheap service for only $24.99 per year. Now, the contract is over, and he wants to renew the service. what he should do to continue the magic jack then. On the magic jack main website, there is no contact information, neither 1 - 800 number to call. So, what he should do about it?

I have magic jack and when it was time to renew they just went ahead and used the card that I had on file. It is automatic. Why is your friend paying almost 25.00 when I am paying 19.99 a year. Magic Jack is great and it helps save money.

Magic jack is still in business. I am sure he can contact the company online and see if he can renew with the serial numbers.
