I've heard great arguments for both, and I've looked into both, but I haven't chosen which to go with yet. So, I leave that choice for all you MyLotters. So, I'm really not looking for anything in specific, just overall, and which android phone do you think is the best. Thanks for all your help!

If money is not a consideration here, i would choose iphone4, however remember that if you use this phone there is an added fee for the services that you would acquire in using it. But an android phone does not have an added fee. You just have to use wi-fi or you can just use the 3g internet and pay for it too. The best android so far is samsung galaxy s and they are going to release samsung galaxy s II. It's appearance is almost similar to iphone. If you are considering another phone, i would recommend blackberry torch which is a good phone but then the rim services, like apple iphone could also be very expensive. Now you decide.

i like more android also because i like much more the idea to have a mobile os based on linux kernel than other ones..i think android is good because you can add an high personalization on your device on the contrary on iphone you can't because apple apply too close policies for its devices and computers..

I think it's best if you don't leave the decision to the mylotter. :) First and foremost, because it is you who's going to buy one and use it. Further, I doubt there's someone out here who could buy both and just tell you the reviews for both. I think it's also better if you search the reviews online, I'm pretty sure there's a lot of it. I am now using Iphone 4 and it's a handy little thing. I did experience holding on or tickering an android but I don't think I could give you a review without being biased because I am an Iphone owner. But one thing is for sure, I found the response time of the android a delayed as compared to the Iphone. But anyway, I think it depends on the budget and your personal belief as to which is better.

I have an Android, and I chose it for one simple reason: the marketplace has more cheap applications, while you have to pay for most applications you want to add to the iPhone. The camera in most Androids is not as good as the iPhone camera though, so that is the downside, really.

if it was my choice I would go for an android phone.I have 4 android smart phones.the android operating system is just more flexible than the iphone os.there is a wide variety of manufacturers making android phones and awide variety of hardware is available to choose from.I don't say that the iphone is a bad device it holds its ground well but the newer android phones that are comming out now just have an edge over the iphone.

Android is like Open Book, you can edit make custom roms, use different User Interface's. Android sync's up things like facebook, tweeter and others and very beautiful manner (contacts profiles and others). On the other Hand Iphone is reserved. even after jailbreak you cant make that many changes as u can do with Android. UI of iphone is good but still it does not have widgets that keep u updated at finger tips. After all its your choice. I say Iphone is doing good only with because of its Brand name "APPLE". BTW android is there on more than 200 mobile phone alone leaving tablets and PMP and car nav systems. here is video posted by androiddevelopers on android activation - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqFpq9WXbJo My preference - Android over Apple anytime

I have a mytouch 4g from t-mobile, and it is an android phone. I like it because I can put lots of apps on the phone, from the market. It has thousands of apps jult like the iphone, but I think much better. There are a lot of free apps from the android market, and some paid ones as well. I have put all free apps on my phone, as they are just as good as paid ones I feel. I will only use android phones from now on, as I like it as it is fast as well. Take care, and have a very good day.

They are both great phones. I was in the same situation. I wanted either the Android or Iphone 4 from verizon. But soon came to realized I don't want either anymore. Have you heard of the thunderbolt by verizon? I'm not even sure if you are a verizon customer, but my choice would be the thunderbolt. But if you are still considering the two (android or Iphone) i would suggest the Iphone 4.

I had the chance to play with my friend's iPhone 4 and compared it with my Android handset. And without doubt, i love Android. It's not that I owned the Android phone. I own an HTC Desire HD by the way. I am a camera type of person, that's why the 8 MP rear cam really fits me, but without doubt, iPhone 4's 5MP camera is a wonderful one, the colors are crisp and bright, but I'm not so sure if it's just iPhone's Retina Display faking it (hmm.. never thought of that, until now). But for me, Android is the best. Sorry Apple fans, also, Android is (way, way) cheaper than iPhone. :)) But iPhone 4 is really a good phone, maybe not just my type.

Well, nowadays this is the big question in mobile world, but I think everybody can admit that iPhone is way better than the Android phones because of their excellent construction and their great retina display. I think that iPhone 4`s design has disappointed the fans because of his margins, but maybe iPhone 5 can satisfy all the fans... About Android phones what can I say....in the first 2 weeks are exciting, but after a while you`ll realize that can`t surprise you anymore.
