Indexbux, is this another scam?

I've been struggling to find the best paid to click sites and so far, i think onbux and neobux are the only reliable ones among all of them. i came across this site, indexbux, and i'm wondering if any of you have had any experience with this new PTC? i never wanted to invest on PTCs, mainly because i don't want to gamble, as many compare renting referrals to, and second, because i have nothing to invest.. but with the referral renting strategy, i think your time pays off with onbux, and a little with neobux, as many would definitely agree given the fact that the rented referrals provided by the site have relatively low click average where one could get more losses than profits without proper management. any ideas about indexbux? if this site is good, and pays with paypal, i might try and invest my time on the site.
