Friends' Meet Up

Tonight I get home late, I went to a restaurant to meet my friends back in college. I missed mylot, but I enjoyed being with them. They made me laugh like the old days, it was just so wonderful to be with good old friends. College friends are really great to be with every once in a while.
I was relieved from the week long busy life to be with my great friends. We exchanged experiences and we made a lot of updates and catching up with each others' lives. It's good thing we speak the same language "Accounting" yes, we are all accountants in this city.
How often do you meet your old friends back in college? It's really an enjoyable experience. And we plan to meet again this next weekend for a birthday celebration! This night was a blast! Thank God for the great friends and for the relief!

Hi. chuyins123. I don't meet up with any of my college friends at all. I never really have. Besides, I don't really have any friends that I would like to meet up with anyway. I am glad that you have enjoyed yourself tonight.

Yes, I really have a great time with my good old friends... We throw jokes all the time and we laugh almost the whole time that we've been together. As I've said it's really a blast! Woooow!

Friends are very important to me as I have no family, so I have friends that I see on a daily basis and some I go visit every few wekks then there are the ones I see about once a year at the yearly get together I arrange about Christmas time every year..Friends are very important and yes when you start looking back at the things you did we all tend to laugh a lot even at the silly things we did in those times...

Yes, it seems that everything including those embarrassing moments we have back in the past are now laughable scene to us. We laugh all the time that we have been together. It's really a great time to unwind and be with all of them. :) thanks for sharing lilaclady! God bless you!

As far as the people that I actually went to college with, I haven't had the opportunity to get together with them since we were in college because of the fact that most of us have children and careers of our own now. However, I've recently come back into contact with one of the best friends that I had during the years that I was in college. Since we've gotten back in touch with each other, I think that I'm a lot happier than I've been since those years of my life.

When you get married it would be a totally different picture. That's why while we're all still 'technically' single, we make most of our time to get together and have fun. I am looking forward to a party this coming weekend for a birthday celebration of one of our friends. :)

Friends are important, whether they are "old" ones or new friends. I don't get to see my old friends as much as I'd like, because we live far apart, but whenever we do get together, it is always a TON of fun! I try to do something with my newer friends (ones whom I've met recently, who live in my town or nearby) at least once a month, just to have some adult time away from the kids, and to relax and unwind. I agree with you that spending time with friends is very worthwhile!
