What is the proper reaction when someone know that you are doing something urgent then he or she tell you to do another thing then at the same time say that it is not limited to that and there's more to do? What is the right word for people who do that? Have you experienced like that before as if they don't consider what you're doing as important?

in situations like this that i am in a hurry, i will no longer complain i will just say yes. debate or reasoning out will consume time. so just so that i can save time and i can do what i was doing and do also the things that person wanted me to do then i will just say yes. and do my very best to finish my thing and the thing she wanted me to do. that is if the one telling me to do those bunch of things is the boss. now is it isnt then i dont have time for this. i will do what i need to do then just do that when in through. and if my wife is the one telling me to stop then i will follow, my wife wont let me stop doing something unless the thing she wanted me to do is important.

You can be polite enough and ask him/her, which should be done first. And at times, it's best that you tell him/her your estimate completion duration. So as not to allow him/her to expect things done on the time he/she thinks it's done. It's all a matter of communication. :)
I used to have tons of workloads, but I told my boss everything I did and I give her my timeline, the reasons for delays. And fortunately she gave some of my tasks to my team mates. :)
Just a matter of communication will resolve such. :)
