Claasic Whodunnit!

This film continue to be the enduring benchmark for Hindi films until this day. Nasir Hussain classic direction is 'almost superb' except for the unnecessary ferris wheel scene. RD Burman musical songs 'Oh Mera Sona' and 'Diwana' are just heavenly! I like the way the story was twisted around. No one can actually find out the reason of the murder. Smart plot. Love the movie. See it for the nostalgic times of 1966.

Sounds like an interesting movie. A smart plot that is not easy to figure out really keeps you on target until the end of the movie.

If you dig Hindi movies, this is the classic whodunit, almost an equivalent to Psycho starring Anthony Perkins. Where Perkin's portrayal in Psycho is frightening but predictable, Teesri Manzil is really unpredictable. The other Hindi movies that I loved is 'Aal Gale Lag Jaa' and 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai'. Loved to see that dog-face Sharukh Khan.
