My own homemade baked macaroni and cheese

I would definitely love to make homemade baked macaroni and cheese. Now I can choose whatever is best for me. I will choose extra sharp shredded cheddar or even colby jack. Even Swiss cheese. I would even get any kind of cheese sauce. I get some macaroni to be boiled and drained and set aside. Now I mix up shredded cheese, cheese sauce, skim milk, and even some grated cheese if desired. To be cooked thoroughly without scorching or sticking to the pan. Just add a little salt n pepper if you wish. Once all mixed together via medium heat. Set aside. For toppings, I will choose grated cheese and bread crumbs with salt n pepper. Now I mix in the macaroni with the cheese mixture altogether. Then I do the toppings. All in one huge glass bowl. I put that bulk in the oven at approximately 375 degrees F. For about half an hour. Then VOILA!!! It's homemade mac n cheese!!! Anyone with comments or questions is encouraged to respond right here.

Hi. Jakesnake1978. Hmm. This sounds very good! You have made a wonderful homemade macaroni and cheese dish! My husband made a big baking pan of macaroni and cheese last month. It was so yummy. He did a really great job on baking this macaroni and cheese. We all have enjoyed eating it! Enjoy yours too!
