Dear God - Friends

Dear God, I wanna thank You today for the blessing of having friends around. Though they may not always be around me but when they do, they never fail to make me feel how precious time is. They've taught me how to laugh at times when things do not seem to go my way or when I don't seem to understand the reasons why things must change. They help me out in weighing things on my own and always assuring me that they are there when I needed them. Thank You Lord for the gift of friendship for I realized how special I am in Your eyes. Thank You for using them to reach out to me. Thank You. You never fail to amaze me Oh God. Bless my friends Lord. Bless your wonderful creations.

I have to say that this is quite a beautiful prayer. I might even use it from time to time with your permission of course. And perhaps even add some music to it. Thanks for sharing a positive view on friendship.

Well you might be right about that since friendship is a very important thing to me. I have a couple of friends that I know for over 40 years that i met as a child and we have standed the test of time together. I thank God for that often.

God has blessed us with wonderful friends from all over the world and with the www. and sites like ML we have the opportunity to stay in touch with them all. We have you and other to talk to and laugh with. We are truly blessed. :)
