Isn't You Tube wonderful? I never knew there was a Japan Live Aid until now and I tell you what, I wish I'd been there. Let's hope the Japanese are able to enjoy themselves very soon like they are in this video. My heart goes out to them all.
This is a great live version of Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes" taken from the hugely successful LP, "So" that had "Sledgehammer" on it. Remember that one?
Anyway, there is another, later version of "In Your Eyes" on You Tube and I wasn't happy because I could tell it was DUBBED, rather like the album at the time, as it was criticised for it.
I'm confident this version is "raw" so to speak and it's much better that way, don't you think?

I liked the video a lot. And while I like Peter Gabriel, I'm afraid I'm a Phil Collins nut. He's still one of my favorite male singers. I'm sad that he's not performing anymore. Guess I'll go look for Phil on YouTube. I don't spend much time searching YouTube, but there sure is a lot of great music, videos, etc. on there.

I love the track above because he does some awesome drumming in it. In my opinion, he's one of the best drummers in the world but he can't drum anymore because it hurts his back.

My real name has the "y" missed off but I guess you realised that lol.
I'm glad I've made your day. Peter Gabriel has the greatest voice..well, on the planet really.
I take it you're not a big fan of Phil Collins? I love his drumming but his back is knackered now so he can't do that anymore..and he's given up singing as well!! Many people are pleased about this but I don't mind him..prefer Gabriel's voice though. Check out the Biko track, it will send shivers up your spine!
