He seems to be very cranky lately. I think it is becausehe is teething. Besides, he gets cranky when he is tired.
I just put him to sleep so I can have some resting time... being a mother is a 24/7 thing, never get to relax until he takes a nap ro go to bed...

hello ivy,
Babies do changed moods as they grow up.
When they start teething, they want to have something to bite or whatever they get hold on,they put it in their mouth.
Then, when they started to crawl, that would be a harder time, because baby don't want to be hold for a longer time.
Baby wants to be free and crawl everywhere.
It is more tiring when baby starts to walk, and that would be one of the cutest thing i could ever recall with my kids.
When babies starts to walk, they looks like always tripping and the giggles...oh my i love it.

I think it's normal for babies to get cranky once in a while. And part of being a parent is just to be there. To suffer through all of it. I know we don't see it at the moment, but I think that's what makes the baby endearing to us as parents.
Don't worry, it gets better as they grow older.
Hang in there!

My daughter is now 21 months old and when she is teething she gets very red checks. She gets a bit cranky when her mouth is feeling sore due to the teething. When she was a young baby she used to get very cranky when she wanted a drink of soy drink. Now at her age she has a go at trying to say the word "bottle". Good luck with your son's teething and getting a little more rest yourself.

My daughter was terrible she would only sleep when being rocked or moved etc luckily she didnt want to be held it had to be in a car or pushchair or bouncer chair i was always shattered she never slept through the night until she was seven it was a real nightmare,in the end if she fell asleep in pushchair i would lay it back carry it upstair and leave her to sleep because if i moved her she would be awake for hours it is very hard work as a parent but thing should improve how old is the little one?

My son is like this as well. When I feed him, I feed him laying down with me, if I don't him right away after I feed him, he gets up, then it will take alot time to put him back to sleep; so I usually just leave him with us for a while until he sleeps tighter. He just turned 6 months old yesterday

I don't a baby child anymore, she's a grown up young lady now but I still consider her my baby.Oh, when she's having "hell week" in the campus, she's not in the mood for jokes and would fret for little 'things' . I just let her have her time, after that she'll be back in her old self, sweet and caring.

Now I understand that why all moms think their kid is baby even though they are adults because in mom eyes, their kids are alwaystheir babies.
