Screen Not Full HP Mini 110

Please help, My friends has problem with his laptop and now she ask me to fix it. The screen display not full laterally, I've tries to restart, set the display properties or use the Fn key combination or hit Ctrl+Alt+Enter together but hasn't been succesfull.Anyone have a solution ?? thanks
