Hi All, I heart many complains about my body near time. So, I decided doing exercise to loose my weight I get up early everyday and doing exercise about 30 minutes on morning. I have implemented it for one week. However, I feel that I'm fatter! Should I continue to do exercise? I really don't want to get up early every morning anymore

The only way you will lose the weight is to continue to exercise and watch your diet. You could try just altering your diet and see if that works. I bet you've lost weight though. If you're worried about a tummy maybe you could try just doing situps. This would save you some time. Best Wishes!

Exercise is important but I am like you I hate it, I once read a post on here at Mylot... cut your portions down a little, drink some water before you start the meal, never drink cold water during the meal it solidifies the fats then after the meal have a hot cup of tea or something as the hot drink flushes the fats through.. sounds logical, give it a try.

Instead of water, I usually eat soup first in meals. I think that when I do exercise, I feel tired, so I eat much more than before. So, I'm fatter. My weight will be loose after some time, right?

have you controled your mouth? some people would eat more than usual after they do exercise. it is unconscious. you should start it from the beginning. i am thin, i eat much less than my fat colleague. i think it is the difference.

I hate to exercise, I would much rather sleep, however it is important. You must control what you eat as well as exercise. With more exercise you may be hungrier and tempted to eat more. It takes longer than a week in any case. If you weigh more, maybe it is because muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less space. However, if your measurements are increasing, and you are doing crunches maybe your form is bad. If you don't do them right, sometimes your stomach will get larger, instead of smaller. The best time to exercise is in the morning I have heard, and for me, if I don't do it then I will skip it. Don't get discouraged and quit, in time you will see results.

Yes, continue exercising it helps to reduce our weight but you should to control eating plenty of food especially carbohydrated food even you doing exercise then you cant control your eating so useless instead to reduced your weight this would increase.
