My laptop is just 2 year and it had eaten up the battery. The battery didn't give up any back up. It just had became desktop rather than laptop so i decide to take a new battery now i used my battery setting recommended from hp.
How to set the power and other setting to save my battery for long time.
Is playing game effect the battery power and life.
Should i use to discharge battery regularly or just let it run through power than battery.
How to save battery power and give it long life?

Less you discharge your battery and longer you will keep it. The best way to kill a Li-Ion battery is to discharge it completely : you can lose 10 or 20% of its power when you discharge a Li-Ion -- It is the contrary of the old Ni-Cad batteries that you had to discharge completely. A Li-Ion has no "memory" -- totally. Keep the warning level high -- at 30 or 40 % of the charge -- and never use your new battery at less than 10% -- shut your computer before this level if possible -- of its charge to keep it a long time.
