Is Bible is a True One !

I think that Bible has been a Holy book of Christians and being the most translated books in the World , i had a Doubt was it is a True one and will it speak only true facts ? I made a little search about that , it has been wrote by many people all around the world , won't it been modified later after one person . Why Christians still believe it ?

Yep, it was written by many people over quite a long time. It's a bunch of books put together to create the basis for the religion. There are many different translations just into English, since many words can be translated more than one way. And different Books of the Bible aren't included in the Bibles of all Christian religions. Biblical Apocrypha are Books not in the Bible but recognized by Roman Catholic and Orthodox churches as being part of scripture. Protestants, however, don't recognize them to be on the same level as the Bible. They still study them- my mom's in school to be a pastor and she's read a lot documents not included in the Bible. Many people believe it because they either believe it was written by God or through Divine Inspiration. I am not really the best person to talk to as to why people believe it, as I am a borderline agnostic.

But i am an Atheist , so only am asking this . If Bible was wrote by Humans , how come will it be true and all the things that has been discussed will be true .

The Bible is lasting work of literature and one of the most influential ones in existence. Most Christians realize that it is metaphorical in nature and should not be understood to be taken as a true history or literal fact. It has been subject to many rewrites and translation, most of which were done to advance the political agenda that was in vogue at the time they were being carried out.

I'm sure many of the rulers of the time changed the Bible to suit themselves. People believe it because they NEED to believe it.

I don't know. I am not a Christian. Well, you made a very sensitive discussion here, stylewaves. If you want to know, the only book that is made by God is the Holy Quran. Since it was made, no one changed it. Have a nice day!

I have always been taught...The Quran is the Word of God delivered by the Archangel Gabriel to Prophet Muhammad. Gods don't usually write books. They are written by man...it is up to each individual as to whether or not to believe what man has written.... I do not.

People believe because they want to, not because of any logical reason. Religion has very limited logic by today's standards. There can be many interpretations of a scripture which reflect in the subsequent versions. People believe which ever version they like, its up to them.

The Bible is a book of faith, a teaching book, a book of morals, a religious book, a book in which God is made ??known to us, but also a book that shows human responsibility and the relationship that must have with its neighbor.

It was written, re-written again and again and probably will be many more times...lol It's like the Never ending changing story...just my humble opinion.
