How to create a facebook page for my website?

Hello, I recently read a news saying facebook has trashed FBML and we can no longer create pages using the system to promote our websites. Is it so? And what is meant by iFrame? Is it the new way to create facebook pages? I could see that websites like http://www.facebookmaxed.com offers iframe templates and tutorials to create facebook pages instantly. But I don't know how to use iFrame templates. Do I have to buy hosting for this? Please help me. Thanks.
