There are a lot of negative and harmful affects of bleaching your skin with products out there so you have to be very careful when using bleaching products. Some of the ingridients added to bleaching creams are really dangerous for example: Mercury - with just a small dose can cause nuerological damage, Hydroquinone - might be cancer causeing, it is also used to make film developing products. Tretinoin - Thinning and drys your skin. and there are many more. there are some like Alpha Hydroxy acids (lactic, glycolic) that do a good job but only under 10% concentration. I dont recommend skin bleaching useing bleaching products because they can be dangerous and harmful to your skin. if post inflammatory hyperpigmentation is the reason why your searching for a bleaching product there are natural remedies for that issue you just have to look. I also have a blog on skin care and fashion at http://bumptiousbeauty.tumblr.com/

Actually, natural ingredients aren't that good treating a skin problem like hyperpigmentation. They're only good for products like moisturizers, and also, sometimes natural products or ingredients can contain or be as harmful as a chemical, like some plants, flowers and fruits oils and extracts and if they don't contain preservatives being natural, well, they're not going to last so much. Is better have the best of both worlds, I love natural products combined with some chemical (and necessary) ingredients. Check out this ingredients dictionary and you will see, also could be very helpful for some info for your blog. http://www.cosmeticscop.com/cosmetic-ingredient-dictionary/A.aspx
