I know it's hard to get started on Runescape, especially with little or no GP, so here's a few ways to get good money early. 1. Collect and sell ashes at the Grand Exchange. Players usually work on their firemaking skills at the grand exchange, leaving a line of fires, and eventually, ashes. Take the ashes and sell them at the Grand Exchange at Varrok. 2. Feathers. Find chickens close to Lumbridge and collect their feathers to sell at Grand Exchange. 3. Mages or Archers, go to the Wizard Tower and train by attacking the Lesser Demon in the cage. You cannot be harmed, and you can easily gain XP. To make alot of money for mages, train by attacking the demon until lvl 33 in magic, then use the telegrab spell to collect the ashes dropped by the lesser demon when killed (they are different than regular ashes and usually sell for 500 GP each at Grand Exchange) Hope this helps

I played runescape when I was a kid. i did not know that a lot of people still play this game. it is really cool. When I was still a noob, I had friends who helped me get money. Sometimes, they gave me money so I could easily start up.

I usually kill hill giants in Edgeville because they drop big bones and limpwurt roots which sells 300go and 1k gp in the Grand Exchange and I gain experience from killing them too.

Clay is definatelt the way to go. There are other ways though, try looking at secondary ingredients for summoning pouches and look for objects that can be found in f2p areas. You could also buy ores and smelt them into bars and sell the bars for a profit

Great advice. I will be sure to follow a lot of them. Also, I think you could add killing cows and getting the cowhides, last time I played, they were worth around 120 gold each. I also recommend buying dry clay and then getting a bunch of jugs of water and then making the soft clay. Last time I played, that yielded around a 50 profit per clay. Also, I did not know the Lesser Demon ashes were that much better than the regular ashes. I should have known. Thanks for the advice, hope mine comes in handy as well.
