How To Handle?

I just meet a new friend few weeks ago and recently we had outing together for two or three times. The thing is that she seems as like to know my everything, even little tiny things and just yesterday we been out again. While she suggested to take a photo together, I used my cell phone to take some shots. Without my agree, she grabbed my cell phone away saying that she wants to see all my pictures taken before. I was so shock and told her that there are privacy inside but she refuse to return to me!
How am I suppose to build our friendship? She is already crossing over my boundaries!

Say this to her: "You see, friends have boundaries so when I say 'no', most of the time I mean you're crossing my boundaries, alright? Okay. Now, please give me back my pants and my underpants."

She seems like some kind of sensitive person; even my sibling's names she wants to know and I was shock she memorize all of them! This is crazy! But will I hurt her feeling if I talk in that sense?
