Earthquakes are unpredictable yet our only hope is divine mercy.Are you with me?

We can not really predict when a devastating earthquake occurs,yet my only knowledge are when the ants comes out from the the grounds,or the other animals from the ground suddenly comes out.I am quite sure there would be a tremor but I could not say it is devastating,yet my only relevant knowledge came from my old friend,who said to me,that
once you have notice the moon appears with another shade of reddish hue like fire,so are the clouds that surrounds it because of the hot weather day ahead--expect a devastating earthquake the next day.This statement is really true because I have witness the reddish color of the moon before the 1990 earthquake occurs that devastated many places in Baguio,Catanduanes and nearby areas.We must always pray for our salvation to our Lord so that our safetyness would be guided.

G*d will save you or not as He feels like it. Kind of a Muslim way of looking at it, but there you go. The reason for prayer is to find what He is giving you & thank Him for it.

That is correct my friend,but I am still praying at the same time thanking Him for my
life,salvation and graces that I receive everyday.I really wanted to shout to all people that God was always there when you just ask.I do not doubt the help as long as you pray in your heart full of hope and belief in His Holy Being and Name.Other places have encountered so much devastating earthquakes,and never in the Philippines
because only mild ones were felt in our places.I really thank God for that,and always
ask for His salvation to always give us to safer side of any catastrophe that struck
the country.May it be an earthquake,typhoons,and floods,landslides,soil erosion,heat waves.Only in His Holy Name we could ask help,so please join with my prayers to have
always safety place during calamities arises,as God will show us the ways always.

Only the mercy of God can spare us from earthquakes indeed. Earthquakes here and there are signs of the end times as the Bible in Matthew 24 have prophesied for this reason, we might as well be get prepared. I agree with you that a natural calamity such as an earthquake is unpredictable. We will never know when it will hit us, so the best defense is to be ready and pray. There should be also a public awareness especially for children in school so that they will know what to do in case there is an earthquake. Its better to stay calm, alert and prepared when the tremor start. We must realize also that the Lord is our only salvation and hope, so we must turn to Him and pray for our guidance.

Our only salvation is always praying,not just for ourselves,but also for all the souls in purgatory,all souls in hell,all souls who are forgotten,all our enemies,all our friends and neighbors,all our relatives,and you.I know that it would take more time to be like this,but we must take also a note that these things are like the signs of the end of time,yet we can always take hope in God because HE IS THE ONLY WAY.So pray.pray and pray.

you are right, we can't really predict what will happen next, we can't say we are safe no matter how prepared we are..im not really that religious but i believe faith will also help us in preparation for anything that might come ahead, thanks for the information about how to know if there will be an earthquake coming, this is the first time I heard about that...

When my friend told me about it,I just ignor it,but when I have just realized that he was really right.I have already noticed the ants are going out from earth near our
bushes,yet that night I also notice the other color of the moon when I was watering our plants with windy climate.

Your right. There's nothing we can do when nature strikes. Take for example, the recent catastrophe that hit Japan. Japan is known for its advanced technology but what happened? In an instant, all were washed-out. I think what's the message here is that Love God above all other things and the rest will follow.

I just could not figure out if these things would strike the Philippines.I think we would suffer more than you could imagine,by just imagining Japan,a world giant,was very devastated in spite of her economic progress.How can we manage to arrange all the mess,God really knows where to punish,and we have also our punishments.We just pray for our salvation.Just be quick in detecting the early signs of a tremor to come--- When the ants or any living things coming out from under the earth surface is a sign of an earthquake is coming. When the shade of the moon during the night is reddish with e reddish hue of the clouds also is a sign that an earthquake is coming. When the heat of the day is very hot then a sudden rainfall showers,a sudden earthquake is also foreseen.Let us just pray for our salvation.
