This flower is known as Oleander. It stays on the plant for many days and also has a pleasant smell.

You are right. Its oleander and it seems a species of Champaca... you may check Michelia champaca... have a nice day.

no, its not oleander. I think you are talking about this plant. www.almostedenplants.com/shopping/images/full/Nerium%20oleander%20Little%20Red.jpg But thats not my plant/flower. I am familiar with oleanders. Take a look at flowers and leaves again in both images.

There are several species in oleanders and I checked before putting my response.I did not open all your links since you had mentioned that they all belonged to one flower.
