It is seen that mylot.com provides money to all who participate in it. It also makes a profit from running the site. Is there anyone who can explain me how mylot.com earns to make a profit after incurring all its expenditure to run the site?

Yes, it pays by your participation. If you work on the site you will be compensated. How much you put in determines how much you are paid.
