I am not able to download videos from net on my blackberry?

I used to download videos from net on my blackberry 8830 but from few days I am not able to download videos. The download window is poping up but there is no progress in download and the status always remains 0 of 4.3 MB . Pleas suggest me what to do. Is it in any way related to blackberry app world?

i think you should try updating your device firmware ... always use latest device software to enjoy a AMAZING experience on your blackberry SMARTPHONE !
