The importance of religion in the life of individual cannot be emphasized. To the individual who is faced with grave problems, religion is frequently a source of strength. At sometime in our life, we must have felt despair because of serious problem. did you try to solve it all by yourself? Most likely you turned your mind to Divine Providence and asked him to help you. For when things remain as they are notwithstanding our anguished cries, we are consoled by the belief that God knows best. with this thought uppermost in mind, even the death of a loved one can be accepted in silence and we are able to bear the unbearable. Religion also enables us to be good and upright persons. It furnishes us with moral principles to guide our conduct in relation to both our Creator and our fellowmen. Religion teaches us humility, charity and honesty. It teaches us to do unto others what we would have others do unto us!

Religion is a personal thing - it's about the connection of the individual with his/her soul and God That's why I find it offensive when others talk to people about quitting their religion. It's not something that anyone can dictate. It's something that the individual must find
