Do you and your friends sleep during a sleep over?

A sleep over means sleeping with friends' whether in your house and/or one of your friends's house BUT... do you actually sleep? I usually don't sleep until 5 AM in the morning when we have sleep overs and then I and my friends wake up in the afternoon, more or less 2PM. Just like right now. LOLx It's because we have stories to tell and we have wi-fi to have fun with. So what do you usually do if ever you don't sleep during a sleepover??

I remember way back in my high school years, I used to have a sleep over at my best friend's house but just like you, we were never actually loyal to the words. We stayed up 'till the wee hours of the morning...talked at just about anything but mostly, our crushes. Since we were both fond of singing, we also sang our hearts out 'till we drop....and of course, the fave part of all was the midnight snack.

I totally agree with you! That's just the way how a sleepover should be! LOLx To be able to have fun!

It depends on what is happening there, on the sleepover. If we have a drink or two we have some fun, sing our souls out, talk about anything, using our imagination to speak about things that have no sense and laugh. And it depends on how tired we are, i had sleepovers when we fell asleep at 1-2 AM.

When I was very little, I never particularly liked sleepovers - at least not the nighttime part of them - because all my friends seemed programmed to just fall asleep at 9:00 sharp, while I, ever the night owl, did not know *how* to sleep (I had been like that since infancy). It took my peers a little while to catch onto the idea of partying and having fun all night. As such, I liked sleepovers better when I reached my teens. I haven't done a sleepover in a really long time now. Now that my friends and I are older, I imagine it would be completely different, and yet still the same in many ways too. Since a lot of my friends work (some even work on weekends), we are a lot more disciplined about sleeping than we were when we were younger. This isn't too big of a deal for me since I am just working at home online right now, but I don't like to waste the entire morning sleeping, so I try not to stay up too late.

When i was younger and in my high school years, my friends and i had sleepovers quite often. they were mostly jug=st giggle sessions to talk about boys we liked. i don't remember sleeping being one of the biggest accomplishments of a sleepover.
