If she doesn't like the boss and the team leader, she can quit

Here is the situation happening at my full - time job at the morning. A lady from our department she simply dislike our supervisor and our team leader. She has this disgruntle against both of them, and she always thought that other team members gossip behind her back. So she usually single out people who should be befriend with her, and others are her enemy. It is more like a partisan type of thing. For me, it wasn't what she think, she simply has this problem with insecurity. She would gossip about how bad our supervisor and the team leader, and spread out how bad she was treated. But from my personal observation, it wasn't totally true. So, if that wasn't working out for her, why she has to stay this job, why not she quit and relieve from these unhappiness everyday? I just don't understand. Although she might need this money, but it just won't work out for the whole team. Simply her own discontent with other people, and she would unwilling to cooperate with other team member too. What do you think?

That's right. She has the problem herself. She should stop commenting negatively about the supervisor and team leader. She is a subordinate and should respect the two. If proven that the superiors are treating her wrong, she can file a complaint without destroying the name of others. It is rude if she does gossip the bosses when she can simply go out of the job!

Yes,she had better leave the people around her since she cannot get along well with them.in other words, she works in bad mood every day,how does she work well?and does what she earns mend her loss from the bad mateship?we can say she doesn't know how to live her life...

I am going to say something very harsh here. That lady has an attitude problem and she needs to get over herself. It doesn't seem like she appreciates the fact that she even has a job. I would love for people to get past the social stigma and hire me so I can get off of welfare. If a good talking-to doesn't work then perhaps firing will wake her up....or make her more bitter. I'm all for helping people out with their problems but there is a time when we have to step back and let Experience be her harsh teacher.

Definitely that lady has a problem, her insecurities will bring her nowhere most probably not to another job. People like her lack professionalism and maturity for any job so I guess she needs a break from her job and have a deep thinking of what she really wants in life.

It's like you said yourself, she might really need the money. Or, perhaps she really does want to leave this current job and be able to work in a comfortable environment but she is having trouble finding any other job offers.
