Will ptcbay pay its members ?

The ptc site "www.ptcbay.com" was a popular ptc site but now due to some problems the admin has been forced to shut it down. But he has sent a mail to each and every members that he will not scam anybody and pay all the members befoe shutting down. Do you believe this ? Will he really pay ? No more ads are available and my payment is still pending. Admin claimed that he will keep the site till Nov. 2011 and finish all the pending works before shutting down. What do you say ?

i think its a scam its will only pay you for first time than its will closed down because this is buxhost site the owner of this site has to pay $25 month to buxhost. so i think this is scam.

Never get your hopes up. When a bux site especially a buxhost site is having a financial problem, that means they really can't pay their members anymore. That's because the bux model is more like a ponzi-scheme that once it reaches the saturation point there's no other option but to run. They may attempt to pay some but it would be difficult to pay them all.
