Does anyone have try Astral Projection ?

Astral projection is an interpretation of Out - Of - Body Experience that assumes the existence of an "astral body" seperate from physical body and capable of travelling outside it

No I haven't tried it but I have considered it. I've watched something about it on youtube and it sounds very exciting. How about you, have you tried or are you simply considering it?
