How do you feel about taking pictures at funerals?

At my husbands funeral this past week my husbands uncle was taking a lot of pictures. Pictures of all the flowers of all the guests of him in the casket. Then he took a picture of my father and my husbands father and they had to smile. During a funeral no one wants to smile for a picture. I honestly never want to see those pictures. I'm sure he was just being thoughtful but it will be to much for me to bear to look at the photos of all of us mourning the loss of my husband.

aww i feel bad for you having your hubby die in the first place.personally i dont think its fair to take pictures but some people grieve in different ways.maybe its just their way to make light on a dark situation.

Maybe he just wanted to show my kids someday how many people came who loved their daddy I dont know. My mother said just go along with it for Jims sake (my husband) and I said yeah but if he was still here he would be saying the same thing as me that this is really weird.
