Do you have good knowledge of google Adsense? Can anyone help me out? plase help

I have tried to register for a google adsense account
But several times i got disappointed...they(google team) are not approving my application..... all time they rejected my application
previously they showed me that

- Page Type[/b]
but after a long time I have tried again.
updated and resubmit my application... now they are showing me a different issue..
I am happy that my previous issue has been solved...
But they have got a new issue..i.e.

Contact address incorrect, incomplete or not provided[/b]
how can it possible
...I know my address and its alright to contact me..

we're the same, my first application was rejected, they said it's so new, then after 9 months, i applied again, this time it's rejected again, issue: page type
i'm wondering that maybe the next time i'll apply, i'll get the same reason they gave you, wrong address
