MyLot with a notification?

I wanted myLot to have notifications as well for a better interaction within users. Just like facebook, i think this would connect us users more with each other! So that replies will be notice easily, What do you think?

email are good. but don't you think its better that we can simply see popping notifications without opening our mails? That's a hassle.

I don't find that email is a hassle. I have a separate tab always open with my email showing. I filter all MyLot mail into a separate folder which is always showing so I know the instant anyone responds to or comments on something I have written.

yeah you are right like in fb the red thing on top ...hehe i hope mylot admin is seeing this but all we have now is email notification

I can see what you are thinking something like a profile homepage and or pop-up indicator. I suppose it would be easier but then we are looking at a full myLot layout change would be my thought. Although I too work with my email tab simultaneous your thought if not a bad one. I suppose it can be proposed but assuming they will have time and or revenue to make an entire layout change. At any rate it is a good idea.
