Lacson has Returned.So what?

Hello Lotters, Is it me or He's trying to make his return a bit more spontaneous or something. Frankly, when he was making his Press Conference about the issue of Double Murder case, i would hope he would answer it and face like a man, but he started hiding instead. and that was for a year. I still can't believe he's still going to be in the senate. I didn't give a damn what he did in hiding, what i care more is he answer to the allegations that has been hunting him for decades, and not those stories that distracts the people from knowing the agenda and that is Him answering some allegations. I didn't vote this man and good thing he didn't became President. Personally, I lost his respect when he started hiding. Your views are well appreciated, this is just my common opinion. Have a Nice day. PS: he claims he learned how to baked buns (pandesal=PING-desal?)

Let him have his moment, people are excited and some could still be wondering why he was able to hide from anyone since he did it successfully. When the dust finally settles then that would be the time for him to be held accountable for all the things he was accused of, a murderer and a fugitive of the law. He may brag about how he hid himself so successfully but what he did was not right, he was still in violation of a court order and I don't think he can get away with it so easily since what he did was a mockery of the law. It's just a matter of time since before another court battle starts.

Hello Ybong, I don't think he can ever do this again, knowing that he did evade the Law as he could. not matter how many times he explains himself, still it would give chills to the people that how he hide because am sure some might imitate what he did. if that's the case, for me he's no longer a role model public servant.

I don't think there's such a thing as a role model public servant especially politicians . They all have their vested interests as far as I'm concerned. You're right, what Lacson did could be imitated by others if something is not done about it. They will always use Lacson's case as an example to run and hide from the law. That's why the authorities have to make sure that they give especial attention since it's going to be the basis for those politicians faced with a similar case. With the way how our politics is running in this country, I'm sure Lacson's case wouldn't be the last.

Like he said, he doesn't want to be incarcerated for a crime he did not commit. So i guess, this time around he will face everybody to prove that he really didn't do what is being accused of him. The media is making a big deal of what he has been doing when he was in hiding. I think, that seems to downplay what he is accused of.

Hello Simplyd, The Media really has nothing else to report, just like the CNN, they also like to exagerrate and makes a sensational hit on the news just to get some viewers to get interested into. people in the press makes it a big deal as if he can do something for the country.

You are very correct in what you said. I really do hope this case should be given utmost attention because it has been for a decade now, as the news have said. Thanks for the BR !

Yes that is true Ping returned only when he feels like he is safe from everybody here. I think that is just a lame excuse. If that was an ordinary person he might have been jailed a long time, but, since he has the money and resources he was able to evade the law at the time which I think is wrong. I think that he should still face the law even if he feels that the law during those times were not in his favor. Where is the honor in all of this things.

Hello Rsa, I don't think he's safe at all, once he realizes that he's being pinned down for the “guilty” plea, then he will try to hide again. Were is the honor of him hiding, and what the heck was he afraid of anyways. It's bad enough he had to hide and now he comes out like a lost celebrity telling every one where he hid and evade the cops from seeing him. Have a nice day.

To be very honest with you, i hate him, I truly hate this Lacson coward man, maybe he could be exported to China and be hanged there too. Damn this man,For a Philippine senator to be accused of murder then hid somewhere then resurface after the Court abolished whatever warrant of arrest stuff, what a shame!. If he is man enough why don't he face the charges instead of hiding somewhere, is this the kind of man who will be called a "leader"? Ever since he aspired to become a Senator I already had a bad feeling that he will gonna messed up in the Senate and my instinct proved very true.

I have a lot of question about his hiding and how the hell even the interpol can't catch him. Well, I don't like seeing the news at all it's all about their conscience at the end of the day if he did the crime or not because as of now nothing really clears about it. News is still the same, stressful as always.lol! Oh well I don't like politicians! boo!

Hello cheravs, the only thing that I have noticed lately is that the media had been sensationalizing every news that doesn't need any kind of exaggeration. News are indeed more stressful than just plain knowing the facts. Though I don't like watching it, it seems a bit entertainment to me most of the time. I feel bad about this that Lacson should just resign from the senate post and face what ever allegations made to him. Have a nice day.

yes and he was interviewed this morning in Umagang kay Ganda and they were curious on how he was hiding and who helped blahblah which was also on the news on GMA last night and i was thinking why the heck would he tell where he hid and his secrets on how he did the hiding..its his secret on why in the first place he was never found by the authorities before the arrest was lifted. tsk tsk.

Hello Jazel_Juan, There were a lot of freaking interviews about him even in the ANC, they just wouldn't let him go like those celebrity icons that they kept interviewing at. I hope he's not in it for popularity because I don't think I would want him as a role mode after running away like that. I wasn't interested in other stuff that he said because he needs to face that allegation. Have a nice day.

Hello Bhaby, I don't know about the truth will come out THING, because i have seen a lot of contreversies and hearings and nothing really happens in the senate nor in the congress. all you hear in both law makers are nothing than putting a good show for the 2013 or 2016 elections. yeah, some one said "ping desal" and warned that is' poisonous
