which blogger site is more easily accessible to make a blog...

first of all i want mention one thing that i am not a programmer..i just want to make a blog and planning to start blogging...but confused which site should i use to create a blog?should it be blogger or any other site..please help me to choose the right site....i am waiting for your reply...

Blogger.com is great actually if you ask me,. If you are new to blogging blogger is really user friendly and guide you step by step.
Wordpress would be my second choice but only for people who are little more expert in site stuffs.
Blogger has way more widgets and easy accessible.
Go for blogger.
