The title is self explanatory. What's the meaning of true love? True love is being constantly more and more extint. People nowadays are getting so materialistic that it creeps me out. It looks that nobody gets truly in love. Nobody wants to live an "impossible" love anymore. People are getting in love as a matter of practice. Couples nowadays don't get truly in love. They simply discuss problems and take decisions. They are starting to look more like business partners then actual lovers. Love is one thing, life is another. Love isn't meant to give you a little help. Love is our soul. It's our soul untying, running after something that it doesn't know. We don't choose who we love, it's really hard to explain, but yeah we don't choose who we love. In a moment, our heart catch us for ever. You love somebody no matter how far away he or she is or how desperate you are. Only a minute of love can last a lifetime. Also, most people think that satisfying their desires is their main property, but this is wrong. Love sacrifices all your interest. The satisfaction of our desires causes the search for our happiness. But love causes the sacrifice of our self-interest for the satisfaction of the person that you like. But nowadays we don't verify this. It exists, but it's rare. My question to you guys is basically what do you think that true love really is. And how do you think that young people, and people in general, react to this nowadays. You're commentarys are all aprecciated as long as they stick to the topic and aren't flaming/spamming. Very much aprecciated.
