Now, I dont want to follow your example here, getting stressed out to loose weight. You still need to do your sit up, loosing weight of stress will make your skin loosen. I guess...

Yeah, getting hurt is an ailment. And now you also get a physical sickness. Your pain will be doubled. Try to fix one illness after another. Glad I can make you smile despite your pain.

Maybe you're the kind who loses more weight dieting than exercising (you're not eating well you say). But, don't ditch the exercising. It will help calm you while you're stressed. Because, although it's doing wonders to your weight, it might harm you more in the end. Unfortunately for me, stress makes me gain weight because when I'm stressed, I binge on high calorie, high fat carb food (junk food, most of the time).

I saw you using the word BEST. I think I have some disagreement with you. To be over-stress is not good for your health. In general, when you are faced by some stress, you are depressed and succeed in losing weight; I suppose you will look for something that makes you depressed so as to lose some weight. Is it feasible? I don't think so.

Yeah, I have to admit this time you are true. Stress always force people to be tired and lack appetite, which leads to weight decrease. Some girls may feel happy when they find themselves be thiner. However, there is no doubt that exposure to high level of stress for a long time may cause some illness. My opinion on this issue is quite clear, try some exercises to keep fit and take your stress level under control.

This reminds me of a song by Funboy 3, "The Pressure of Life (Takes Weight Off the Body)." I do believe there is some truth to it as well. I have probably had more problems with stress than the average person due to my OCD and anxiety disorders and because I am a dancer I also exercise more than the average person and am not an emotional eater either - in fact, I lose my appetite when I am anxious... all of which no doubt aided in my being able to say with all honesty that I have never gained unwanted weight in my life. However, before anyone gets jealous of that, please know the massive amounts of anxiety that have gone into it... not all good - I can tell you that up front. I feel right now I'm on a much healthier route, pursuing things because I want to rather than because I have to. I don't know how long it will last but I am hoping it will at the very least be long term if not permanent. All that stress, while it may keep you looking slim, is never a good thing for you mentally even if you are looking better physically. So while I agree that losing weight due to stress isn't necessarily a bad thing, I still hope you are able to find a healthier way to accomplish your goals. I learned the hard way I could not go on like that... being perpetually stressed out and all...

Stress can have the complete opposite effect on some people though. So can depression. I remember when I was younger, I used to actually gain weight when I was stressed out, then, as I got older, I refused to allow myself to eat due to my emotions and stress began to have the opposite effect on me. Now, I can't seem to do either, even though I almost always feel stressed! LOL I guess that my body has just gotten used to that stressed out feeling. I think that although you may be happy with the way you look right now, you may want to just return to your exercise routine. It is said that exercise also helps to relax you.

i wish i could, but i'll try it out... it's good to know that you control your eating habit now that your a little older, i used to tell my mom not to eat a lot cause she's 41 and she's fat her immune system will sooner or later be low and it's unhealthy for her heart to eat a lot of fatty foods

It worked the other way around me. I had to cope with some stress and t] counter that I started eating at frequent intervals! It took me as much time to lose that weight.

Sorry to hear about your stress, I do hope you know that it is not healthy to be stressed all the time. I am glad you are loosing weight that is good, try a little walking here and there especially during stressful moments. This will help maintain the weight loss long term. I hope all ends soon and you feel less stress!

It's really nice to see the updated of yours, so did you manage to be away from all of them? i had same problem last year, where i depressed about the world called "love", i frustrated and made me lost my weight, where i try hard to do by treadmill, push up, sit up and other thing. most of my clothes was fit on me and i love it. I lives out of country, when i visit my parents, they were shock!, They feel sad about my weight, they asked me wether i had problem, but i just mentioned to them that i have difficulties to eat. If you happy with your weight now, i dont think is an issue as long as you healthy and never get sick. As we see on newspaper and media, most people try hard to get perfect body shape and dare to do surgery! but you can get easily by chance... take care yourself

i've got no plans to make a surgery to make my body fix, first i don't have enough money to pay for the surgeon and if someone will gonna like me they will like my whole and not just my body, but sadly boys do always looks at the face and body first before they try to ask the name of the girl, i'm not maintaining my body for boys nor to grab as many boys as i can, i maintain in for my own eyes and my own comfort
