I am reading several blog and found out that Mturks is for People who live in America. Is there any way to earn money from this and get the payment for out side country from america ?

I am a member in that particular earning site but I don't that they are only pay who are residing in America? Well, there are many ways to earn money my friend. Just be here and read more post regarding online jobs or online earnings...

mTurk isn't just for Americans. If you live in India, they will pay you by check, but you will have to validate your identity to be paid. If you live elsewhere, you can use your earnings to shop on Amazon.
