Hello Dear, U are absolutely right. Even in our relationships we try to find fault with the partner but never bother to look inside ourselves to see whether it was me who triggered that particular fight. I am very conscious about this fact. When my colleagues discuss problems they face with their in-laws or partner - my famous quote is " do u think we will be able to change ourselves according to their wishes? Then why do we expect them to change according to our wishes?" Though I tend to follow this quote of mine but many a times when I am angry with my young son I tend to bend him according to my wishes which I realize later but then fend my self with the excuse that he has to be taught discipline.

Yes, I agree. How about you? Have you started to live as you want to live? That would be a start.

Wow, you sounds like a saint... Great. I just do as what I lie as long as it does not hurt or trample anyone in the way.

You're right. It is not within our power to change others, let alone the world. However, we CAN change ourselves. And, when we do, we inspire others to change as well. It may be a small contribution, but when we start changing ourselves, we somehow contribute to changing the world. The change must, of course, be for the better.

I absolutely agree with you. Everybody see something wrong in others but refuse to look at their own selves. Well, it's hard to do but change won't happen unless we start on ourselves. I for one is trying and having difficulty.:)

Atleast one should understand height of limit and try to control bad act and negative attitude. Specially selfishness here i am talking in a broad sense like human being vs nature, human being vs principle, human being vs responsibility and so on.
