Who is e.j. barrett in Ncis??

I knw that she was the team leader and blah blah blah...... but why did she come here. Is she going to replace gibbs or what?? She seems to be a traitor for me and i guess dinozzo has already developed some feeling for her!! What do u think of her guys??

From what I've heard, Mark Harmon and all the regulars are under contract for another season so Gibbs will be around. I think Barrett was brought in to add some side conflicts. Besides, Gibbs can't always be annoyed only with Vance otherwise Vance might eventually fire him.
