I think it has something to do with the weather, but the past few days I have had no energy what so ever. The weather had been cold and gloomy for about three days now, and when I wake up I simply think yuck another crappy day. I just simply have no motivation to do anything really. I pick up the house, do dishes, and what not but I just haven't had to energy to do a full out cleaing like I normally do.
How do you deal with low energy? Does the weather sometimes have an effect on your mood?

I think the weather has a great impact on how I feel. When the weather is gloomy and gray it makes me feel tired, sleepy, and at times sad. When the weather is sunny and warm I'm a happy person. Lately I've been feeling the same way straightening up, but I need to do a really good cleaning but just haven't felt motivated.

That is exactly the way I am feeling. It started snowing here again, we got spoiled with a week of warm weather and sunshine then BAM..back to snow. Now I just haven't had the motivation to do a really great cleaning on my house like I need to. Hopefully getting up early tomorrow will help me get some spunk in my step and get some things done.

Sometimes the weather do affects my mood and energy.
During summer the heat seems to drained me and i don't want to go outside or done much household chores.
But,as long as the heat is not too much, then it's fine...it's a good day to clean the surroundings than rainy seasons.
