I just watched in on news last night in Bandila and while ago at TV patrol then heard the latest update while ago in Bandila regarding the accusation to the personnel who is tolerating to violate against the rules in cityjail. I would understand if there are some family, relatives and friends that are with Jason and having fun inside the jail but when I have heard Jason stating that some people are visiting him inside his jail just for the picture and autograph signing. I mean I know I am not supposed to be surprised about this since he even had fan page in facebook reaching 50k or more supporters but then I still find it disgusting especially for some other girls who is visiting him in jail. It was like my impression to them is making themselves as slave to Jason. I can't help not to think of it even if I already understand that there are other girls who likes the bad boy type like Jason.

This one of the hole in our justice system, my friend. The authorities should equalize those people committed a crimes...there should be no rich or poor. But it's a sad thing if you are poor and being imprison. You suffer the most hard life inside. But if you are rich it seems your only a vacationing in that place...not a prisoner...

It is like they are making it like hotel place. I have no idea if they are doing the same task as other prisoners do like cleaning bathrooms and more.

If that's what those girls want, then we can't really do anything about it. It's their choice and we have to respect it. I'm not a fan of Jason Ivler at all but then some people are treated a different way because of influence and all other aspects that could affect one's own status. I dislike the girls who do such things especially if they are just fans and not close friends at all but then, if it's how they want to spend their time, then I can't condemn them for that.

If it's just visiting per se, then it's not against the law. As long as they abide by the rules and regulations when visiting a prisoner. But when special treatment comes in, that's where the problem occurs. Jason Ivler is in jail for a reason and even though he has visiting rights, he also has limitations. Now that's up to the authority handling his case to do something about it.

The problem with what happened is that Jason have already crossed the line which indeed it was also stated that women that are not related to the suspect is not allowed. As I saw it on news obviously there was a woman that is obviously not his friend and that can be just his fan.

playing devil's advocate here... until it has been proven that those pictures are taken while jason ivler is in jail, we really can't find fault at anyone. jason's mother has said those pictures were taken last 2009. anyway, if indeed those pictures were taken while jason was incarcerated then the fault is clearly on the jail warden/officials who allowed such to happen. hard to imagine that money didn't changed hands for this to happen. as for the people visiting jason ivler in jail to get pictures with him taken or his autograph... i'd rather not comment on what other people prefer to do with their free time, it is after all their life. my point being, there should be no special treatment for prisoners but clearly loopholes and corruption in our penal system is being abused by the influential and wealthy to continue living the 'good life' even when behind bars.

I am also hoping for that and good thing for the personnel he was ousted for the special treatment that he have given to Ivler. More so Ivler will be transferred to Bicutan. But I hope he must be in Muntinlupa already since his case was really grave.

I really do not want to comment about this Ivler. Because I cannot see why he should even given special media attention. But the issue there is not him but the jail management. I also cannot understand how the mother talks that way. She could be possessed or high.

I am just sick and tired of this loser hugging the news together with his equally pathetic mother. His mother was boasting all the time Jason served in the US Army and they are American citizen. So what, are those licenses to kill people and mock the Philippine laws? I am pretty sure these mother and son bombshell will not be given any iota of special treatments if they are extradited back to USA.

That is really sure that Marlene is in denial stage that his son is a murderer and it is obvious that reputation is in top most priority in life. But that is too stupid for her if that is the case his son is obviously misguided just because of her. The two of them must be send in rehabilitation center wherein there will be no special treatment for them at all.
