adfly? What is this site, and how does it work?

Hey all I saw an advert on a ptc i am on for a site called adfly, which claims that i can get paid for making people just visit a website. This has gotten me intreged. I am pretty sure i could get people just to visit the site a few times, provided it wasnt inappropriate or anything like that. I was just wondering if anyone here was on this site? How much do they pay per view? And how do they pay, and finally what is the threshold. Also, does it have to be unique visitors, or can it be the same person but on different days? Thanks
