Do you exercise regularly?

Do you have a routine that you like to follow, or do you just try to stay active?

I always run a mile n half 2 keep myself tuned.....

Nope I don't exercise regularly, I know that I should but I just find it hard to enjoy it. Although during nice weather, I do enjoy walking. I probably should get into a routine!
