both superstars getting good crowd reaction. as expected punk immediately goes after orton's injured right leg. punk has a clear advantage early on. as he was going for a gts, orton counters and hits punk with elbows. punk recovers and tries for a high risk manuever. orton recovers and causes punk to lose his balance and hit the turnbuckles. orton delivers a superplex from the third turnbuckle. orton gets a near fall. punk gets the upper hand again and slams orton's injured leg in the ring post. punk also puts on the figure four leg lock on orton using the ring post for leverage. punk really carrying this match so far which is why i really like him. the match goes back and forth again and manages to lock the anaconda vise-grip on orton. orton clearly can't use his injured leg to push himself up and get out of the hold. orton uses his upper body strength to roll towards the rope. punk showing some frustration. orton goes vintage and hits the ddt on punk. this sets up punk for the punt but orton can't hit it with his leg giving in on him. punk senses a win here. punk goes for the kill but orton attempts an rko. punk slithers away from it and gets out of the ring. orton clearly out of breath right now. punk goes back to the ring to finish off orton but orton hits an rko out of nowhere and manages to steal this match and pin punk for the 1-2-3. just a couple of thoughts here, i really want for punk to win match as it really doesn't make much sense that orton wins this one. what will he do with one good knee? plus with orton winning this one, all the 'face' have so far won this wrestlemania. after the match, there is a skit between rock, mene gene oakerlund, and the number one fan of john cena, peewee herman! blah! next up are the 2011 hall of fame inductees. really happy to see sunny again. still looking hot after all these years. the road warriors being inducted was a no-brainer this being atlanta and all. of course shawn michaels gets the loudest ovation. up next is the match between cole and the king. taking on announcer duties are booker t and goo ole jim ross. time for a new thread.
