I want to try some plugins and found it difficult to do, to the fact that wordpress.com doesn't have plugins, so I sign up for wordpress.org and then realized that it have to be installed, it anyone has a simple method other than the one that was given, please I'd like to hear it cause I am not having the best of luck with this. Do I need a website or can I use my blog on wordpress.com?

Wordpress.org offers only blogging software and themes. They do not offer free hosting to put in your content, unlike with wordpress.com. If you want to use blogging software from Wordpress.org, then you must get yourself a site with paid hosting from webhost like HostGator for as low as $4 a month, and then install WordPress blogging software to your site. In the control panel, look for the button "Fantastico" to easily install the WordPress blogging software. This is how to do it, and if you are looking for much easier way to do this, I think we can't help because this is already the "basics" of doing it.
