Referral Every Day

Hello Dear Lotter
I was surfing with one of PTC site advertisement, I saw one advertisement about referral every day, I am not sure that whether it is true or not, because they only accept credit card or alertpay payments.
If any one has the experience please share it here so we can come to know the fate of such sites which gives direct referrals. The site which I am discussing is http://www.referrals-everyday.com/ (not a referral site dear admin)

It's just another system. It seems that YOU have to do the work (and they claim it does work if you follow their instructions to the letter) BUT there is no refund or guarantee! OK, $4 is not a large amount but there is NO guarantee of the quality of the referrals.
The FAQs say:
"Am I buying direct referrals?
No, our package don't intend to sell direct referrals, althought, it leads the way to you get your OWN referrals, in a fast, and pratical way, if you follow all our steps."

Good observation their I never read to much into as I found it ultimately unbelievable although maybe the their guide could work 
. $4 isn't much but if's for nothing then that $4 per X amount of people who think it's a good idea not a nice thought especially if it's completely useless

@OwlWings: I am very glade to hear from you, your suggestions are always worthy for me and for other lotter.
I have not read their FAQs but you are very right that there is no guarantee for the quality of referrals, I think if they are not selling referrals then they ll provide some guidelines for making referrals and those guidelines we already know, as one of the above response mentioned this thing too, so it is better to be away from such type of sites.
Thanks again for the response and sorry for late response, as I got problem with my internet connection from last couple of hours and it is now OK, have a nice and lovely day a head
@Stevieboi19: Thanks friend for following this discussion, I am happy that you responded in time and shared some very valuable comments. I agree with you that $4 is not enough money but if you are spending $4 for nothing then why to waste this money...:)

Hi there,
You were right coming here and asking before signing up for anything.
First of all, Any Website like that, Which requires a credit card is a complete scam that I can PROMISE You. Do yourself a favor and do NOT waste anymore of your time.
Theirs a good a chance they just want your credit card info so they can make fraud charges on it.
Trust me if such a site existed the website would be in business for itself. Most of these sites will operate for 1-2 Months and then shut down and start back up again using all new content along with a new internet provider and web address.
I'm just truly happy you didn't fall for their scam like so many unfortunately do. A Majority of these illegal scammers are not even from the United States so prosecution is next to impossible.
